Hotel Franchisee-Franchisor Mediation; Operational Standards; Compliance; Breach of Contract
A franchisee which was sued by the franchisor in Federal Court in Tennessee retained the Firm to defend it and to prevent the franchisor from revoking the franchisee's authority to operate under the nationally-recognized chain's name. After successful efforts at mediating a resolution acceptable to the parties, the case was presented to the presiding judge who issued a ruling finding in favor of the Client.
