From May 2003 until present, Mr. Aronson has successfully and effectively represented both franchisors and franchisees, including serving as a mediator in resolving franchise disputes, representing franchisees in negotiating their franchise agreements with their franchisors, representing franchisors in acquisitions, representing Franchisee Associations in their dealings with their franchisors, representing hotel franchisors in franchisee development projects in Mexico, as well as other miscellaneous projects affecting both franchisors and franchisees.
