As the Vice-President/General Counsel - Franchising of Holiday Inns, Mort Aronson (Of Firm Council) was responsible for the supervision and implementation of all the franchise legal activities for Holiday Inns, including mergers and acquisitions, preparation of franchise disclosure documents, negotiations of franchise agreements, and other related franchise documents, franchise litigation, franchise mediation, U.S. and Canadian franchise development, international franchise development principally in Mexico and South America, as well as interfacing in helping to maintain good relationships between Holiday Inns and its franchisees.
